1.2. Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 50% of the purchase price will apply to all eligible returns. This fee covers the costs associated with restocking, inspecting, and refurbishing the returned product.
1.3. Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
a. The product must be in its original condition and packaging with all original accessories and documentation included.
b. The product must not have been used, altered, or damaged in any way.

b. Provide the following information: order number, product details, reason for return, and any supporting documentation, such as photos of damages or defects.
c. Upon receiving the return authorization, customers are responsible for securely packaging the product and returning it to West Coast E-Bikes with the return authorization number clearly marked on the package.
1.5. Inspection and Refund: After receiving the returned product, our team will inspect it for compliance with the eligibility criteria mentioned in section 1.3. If the product passes inspection, a refund will be issued within 30 days to the original payment method, minus the applicable restocking fee.
2. Warranty:
2.1. Parts and Labor Warranty: All products purchased from West Coast E-Bikes are covered by a warranty that includes a one-year period for parts and labor from the original date of purchase.
2.2. Warranty Coverage Limitations:
2.2.1. Covered Repairs: Under the warranty, West Coast E-Bikes will repair or replace any defective parts or provide necessary labor for repairs, at our discretion, free of charge.
2.2.2. Void Warranty: The warranty will become void if the product has been damaged due to negligence, misuse, improper maintenance, modification, accident, or if it shows signs of wear and tear beyond normal use, including but not limited to scratches, dents, or evidence of a wreck.
2.3. Warranty Claim Process: To file a warranty claim, customers must adhere to the following steps:
a. Contact our customer service department at 714-833-5551 or info@wcebikes.com within the warranty period to provide the necessary information and request a warranty claim.
b. Provide proof of purchase, including the original order number and date of purchase.
c. Describe the issue or defect with the product in detail, including any relevant supporting documentation, such as photographs or videos.
d. Once the warranty claim is authorized, customers will be provided with instructions on how to proceed with the return or repair process.
2.4. Warranty Exclusions: The warranty does not cover the following:
a. Normal wear and tear of the product or its components.
b. Damage caused by improper installation or assembly.
c. Damage caused by non-compliance with maintenance and care instructions provided by West Coast E-Bikes.
d. Damage caused by repairs or modifications performed by anyone other than authorized technicians of West Coast E-Bikes.
e. Any consequential or incidental damages arising from the use of the product.
3. Customer Responsibility:
3.1. Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for all shipping and handling costs associated with the return of a product, unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on the part of West Coast E-Bikes.
3.2. Proper Packaging: Customers must ensure that the returned product is securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit. We recommend using the original packaging or a packaging equivalent that provides adequate protection.
4. Modification and Termination:
